Cancellation Policy
Ivory Classic Appointment - A $ 100 fee will be charged for no-shows and appointment cancelations less than 48 hours and the booking fee will be non refundable. Ivory Signature Appointment - A $100 fee will be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours / no-shows and the booking fee will be non-refundable. Ready-to-wed- A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours / no-shows and the booking fee will be non-refundable. We greatly appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policies are very excited to work with you!
